Human Resources Business Partner

Schedule: 1 Year Fixed Term

Location: Scarborough

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hours a week

The post holder will report to the Group Head of Employee Relations but will also build strong working relationships with the Colleges management teams providing specialist HR advice and support in all aspects of people planning and management.

The successful applicant should be an experienced HR professional with a good knowledge of all key HR processes and with a strong background in Employee Relations. Presentation, Coaching and mentoring skills are also important.

Ideally you should have an education background although this is not essential.

You must hold GCSE English and Maths and be IT literate in Microsoft Office applications.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills.

The role will both be fixed term contracts of up to 12 months and there will be cross campus travel as part of the part role between sites based at Scarborough, Bridlington, Beverley and Hull. In addition, there will also be travel once per week to work from the main site based in Grimsby as part of the role.
