Location: York

Contract: 6 Months (maternity cover)

Salary: Up to £30,000

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s very busy team. This pivotal role entails identifying, engaging and securing top tier talent to meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates across diverse roles within the company

· Utilise various channels such as online platforms, social media, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

· Conduct rigorous screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

· Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and devise customised recruitment plans to address them effectively

· Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination and offer negotiations

· Stay abreast of industry developments, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance recruitment strategies

· Act as a brand advocate, effectively conveying employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent

· Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress, activities, and outcomes
