Administrative & Logistics Assistant
Location: Scarborough Area
Hours: Part time up to 16 hours a week
Salary: £26,000 pro rata
Are you an organised, friendly, and professional individual looking for a part-time role? We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative & Logistics Assistant to join our clients team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Phone Calls- Handle incoming calls, transfer them using our phone system, and maintain a professional and courteous phone manner.
- Invoicing- Utilise- Microsoft Excel to prepare invoices with extreme accuracy.
- Logistics- Manage paperwork for the export of pallets, arrange logistics at short notice, and coordinate with hauliers.
- Purchasing- Liaise with existing suppliers and source goods from prospective suppliers to meet our needs.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
- Bright, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
