Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for a confident and ambitious Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s growing business. Customer Service Advisors are required to deal with a variety of customer requests and help individuals place their orders through inbound and outbound calls or email. Dealing with enquiries in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

You must be comfortable in talking to customers directly, discussing products or services over the phone as well as dealing effectively with customer queries, issues, and complaints.

Main Responsibilities:

· Handling incoming and outbound calls.

· Answer questions about products or the company.

· Enter and update customer orders and information.

· Keep records of calls and customer notes within the company’s CRM database.

· Escalate problems to the technical team or other members of the company as appropriate.

· Provide information about new products, clearance lines and existing products.

· Tracking and processing orders, invoices, credit notes and collections.

· Providing quotations and checking product availability.

· Handling payment transactions.

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and provide advise as required.

· Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or a Senior member of the company.

Key Skills:

· Proven experience as a Customer Service/Telesales representative.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle difficult situations.

· Track record of successfully meeting targets over the phone.

· Active listening skills.

· Friendly, outgoing personality with a ‘can do’ attitude.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys Customer Service and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and up sell to the existing customers, enjoys being part of a team and is confident in using computers.
